Gaanapriya Bramharaakshasa Introduction


Classically trained in the purest ragas of a forgotten age, Gaanapriya , an ethereal being who revered sound as law. Music, to him, was hierarchy and discipline—every note earned, every silence deliberate. Beauty was not kind; it was precise.

Moral values never interested him. Even before his fall, Gaanapriya saw situations as instruments to be tuned or exploited. Harmony mattered. People were incidental.

Nothing, however, enraged him more than a human voice slipping out of pitch.

An imprecise note was not merely unpleasant—it was an insult. A wavering shruti felt like a personal violation, a corruption of order itself. When people sang carelessly, unaware of their own errors, his fury sharpened into something intimate and cruel.


As the world grew louder and less disciplined, Gaanapriya learned to use this flaw in others to his advantage. He haunted gatherings, temples, and stages, feeding on mistakes. In his arrogance,…
