ಬರ್ಲಿನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆ

Kannada Shaale, founded by Mrs. Sunita Arun Kumar M.Sc, MEd, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. -Ing. Mr. Vijayendra Munikoti, President of Berlin Kannada Balaga e.V., is a dedicated initiative to teach and promote the Kannada language. Inaugurated in 2021 by renowned filmmaker and cultural icon Mr. T.S. Nagabharana, Kannada Shaale has since been a cornerstone for Kannada learning in Berlin and beyond.

Supported by the Berlin Kannada Balaga e.V., our school is open to all who wish to learn this beautiful South Indian language, whether for personal, cultural, or academic reasons. Our courses cater to all proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners, with a focus on both language skills and cultural understanding.

OUR MISSION

We are committed to preserving and promoting the rich linguistic and cultural heritage of Karnataka. Through interactive and engaging teaching methods, we aim to create a community of Kannada speakers who are connected to their roots and eager to pass on this knowledge to future generations.

"ಎಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಇರು ಎಂತಾದರು ಇರು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನೀ ಕನ್ನಡವಾಗಿರು ಕನ್ನಡವೇ ಸತ್ಯ ಕನ್ನಡವೇ ನಿತ್ಯ" ಎಂಬ ಧ್ಯೇಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರ್ಲಿನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ  '2021 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುನಿತ ಅರುಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ M.Sc, MEd.  ರವರು ಬರ್ಲಿನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ  ಬಳಗದ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು  ಬರ್ಲಿನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ  ಬಳಗದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ  ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯೇಂದ್ರ ಮುನಿಕೋಟಿಯವರ  ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ   ಬರ್ಲಿನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಬರ್ಲಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾತೃಭಾಷೆಯಾದ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಟಿ.ಎಸ್.ನಾಗಾಭರಣ ರವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2021ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಮಾದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಗೊಂಡ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತೀ ಭಾನುವಾರ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿ 

ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರುವ ಜರ್ಮನ್ ರಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಬರೆಯಲು ಬೋಧಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡಿನ ಆಚಾರ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು, ನಡೆವಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡಿನ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ  ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

TEACHING METHOD

  • Classes through Google Classroom (LMS tool).​

    • Five separate classes

    • Groups are based on text book levels.

    • Tools: Google Jamboard, Presentations, etc.

  • One hour lesson per week

  • Every Sunday

  • Two semesters per year

  • Online Assignments / Housework

  • Online Exams / Evaluation

  • Certificate after examination

ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನ

    • ಐದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ತರಗತಿಗಳು

    • ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿವೆ.

FEE STRUCTURE FOR YEAR 2025

For residents of Berlin

For BKB members

Both parents who are members of BKB can enroll their child/children for a fee of €50 per academic year per child

For families with only one BKB member

A family with one parent being a member of BKB can enroll their child/children for a fee of €75 per academic year per child

3

For non-members of BKB

Non members of BKB can enroll their child/children for a fee of €100 per academic year per child

For non - residents of Berlin a flat fee of 50€ per year per student will be collected
